There wasn't one thing about Indianapolis that was good.
There wasn't one thing about Indianapolis that was good. The roads were terrible had to have work done on both of my vehicles because of the roads. The whole place is a ghetto. IU hospital is a mash unit except the nursing staff.

The hotel is centrally located in walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium (football) and the basketball arena. Also numerous quality restaurants in walking distance. Overnight parking at $45 per night was far too expensive. The view from our windows was of an active homeless encampment with participants. A slight wall would have blocked that view from hotel guests. Hotel personnel and staff were very personable and professional. Free Breakfast was good.

The Palladium was beautiful and we saw a great concert. also we enjoyed the German Christmas festival. We ate at "Bar Louie" and it was very good. All of the traffic circles in Carmel are a little tricky but serve the purpose. Traffic signage and street signs are very easy to see and helpful.

this location is clean with comfy beds for in central convenient location. staff is extremely accommodating, as well as friendly/personable. room service exceeded expectations. we enjoyed a nice dinner at McCormick and Schmidt steak house. it left a little more to be desired. when my in room coffee maker didn’t work, staff welcomed me down for a coffee on them. the accountability for broken coffee machine, and gesture was appreciated. overall I was happy with my stay and the hospitality provided by staff at Hilton Indianapolis.
NOTHING because I ended up having to leave because the room had not been cleaned and they could not find anyone to clean it. BUT, I will say that the Cozy Suites staff I was communicating with by phone did their best to try to resolve the situation in Indianapolis from their location in another state. They also did exceptional work securing a refund for me when I had to go to a different hotel that I found myself that evening. So, KUDOS to the Cozy Suites staff.
Of all the Comfort Inns around Indianapolis this location outshines all the rest. The others remind you constantly that you're staying in a "budget friendly" hotel while the Indianapolis East location makes you feel like you're staying in a much pricier property. It's clean, updated, well maintained and with friendly, helpful staff. This location will be my go-to any time I'm in the Indianapolis area!
The hotel was awesome! The room was so nice and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was so pleasent and comfortable and had everything we needed. Everytime you walked in the hotel you smelled bleach...it was extremely clean. They even let us check in early because we arrived much earlier than we thought. It made the whole trip worth it. I will stay there every time I come to Indianapolis.
Fabulous historic building within walking distance of downtown Indianapolis. Danny was extremely helpful and shared the history of the house with me when I checked in!
There were snacks and drink available, which was a nice touch. The room was great, and the breakfast fabulous!
I was there for a football game, and I was able to leave my car there until after the game!
Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices, clean, plenty of seating, family friendly. The evening dinner snack buffet with included drinks for adults was a nice surprise. After a long day of driving, and showing up with grouchy kids and tired grandparents, the swimming pool, complimentary snacks and drinks helped us relax into a fabulous Indianapolis trip.
I have 2weeks calling noboby answer my phone Hes never refund my deposit in my bank account this is still he send someone see the room he said everything ok he said hes gonna refunds the money in my bank account i never see it
I ll never take this royal hôtel anymore.the days i come back to Indianapolis you guys ll pay me.this is not normal.
It is always very clean and breakfast is good especially the GRITS!!! :) The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is close to my destination for business which was my first reason for choosing this hotel and this location. after staying a couple of times, I choose this hotel all the time now for business in Indianapolis!
In Indianapolis for DCI finals. This is a great place to stay for this event, great facility, close to both Lucas Oil and Military Park, as well as fun downtown places. Fun to come back after a night of band to see all drum corps people hanging out and talking band., Will stay here again!
Although our reservation made through booking.com was not forwarded to this Comfort Inn the hotel worked with us to get us a room. Only two handicapped rooms remained because of a large event occurring in Indianapolis. We were given one of those rooms.
The hotel is near to the airport and it's only 15 mins drive to the airport. It's great for you if you have an early flight. But the earliest shuttle to airport is 6 am so plan ahead for that. Room is comfortable and quiet. Worth the price.
we were in Indianapolis for the Nazarene Church International Assembly at the convention center. This B&B was very close and convenient. Nice and quiet, breakfasts were delicious and it was great meeting other guests around the table.
The room was clean and nice. The hotel staff was friendly and everything was fine. The breakfast was basic 3/5 but thats to be expected. Overall good hotel, right across from Lucas oil stadium and nearby downtown.
Located right off Michigan Street and nearby the Bottleworks in the heart of Indianapolis. Well decorated and period furnished. Loads of common areas to use. Bedrooms and beds are excellent.
