Fort Lauderdale has some great quirks and amenities!
Fort Lauderdale has some great quirks and amenities! Las Olas and the water taxis are great fun and affordable to see the Millionaire Mansions that face the water! I also recommend the Jungle Cruise, you see those mansions and also visit a private island for a family style dinner, show and exotic animals in enclosures!

Seems like a nice place.
Seems like a nice place. Just the perfect level of activity, as far as I'm concerned (I'm an 'older' guy). Beautiful beach and interesting restaurants along the beachfront. Lots of students but their behaviour was, for the most part, quite good.
Taxi service was so-so, but we were pleased with our Uber rides. I was surprised by the number of drivers we had who could not speak English. That didn't impact their ability to get us to our destinations but it made minor chit-chat impossible.

We visited the Morikami Japanese Garden and Museum in Delray Beach but booked The Ritz at Bal Harbor the next day. So, we chose the Westin at Ft. Lauderdale as a stopover point for the night. The hotel, its rooms, and the service did not disappoint us.

Spring brake and construction next to the hotel for 7 days...
Spring brake and construction next to the hotel for 7 days was a bit much.
Restaurants are within walking distance which was good. Pretty steep prices for everything from breakfast to dinner.
The bill was incorrect at the hotel as well. He tried to charge us parking spot fee we didn’t need. Wrote down one dollar amount and added additional 60$ on the credit card. Unfortunately I signed without wearing my readers and noticed once back home.

Staff unaccomodating. Very basic (yet pricey) rooms.
Staff unaccomodating. Very basic (yet pricey) rooms. Not one positive comment about this place. All railings and walkways were dirty. I’m not a germiphobe and I was disturbed. My wife wouldn’t sleep under the sheets!

My stay was great! The area was very safe and clean. My room was spacious and clean as well (bed was very comfortable, carpet and sheets were clean too!). The pool was clean as well. Everything is in walking distance, so I was able to walk to the beach, there's a Winn Dixie and Publix grocery store not too far from the hotel and a CVS and Walgreens. The location is not too far from the Fort Lauderdale Beach Park which was $8 via Uber. Everything was in close proximity and convenient! My stay was comfortable and I will definitely come back!
Stayed here for the Fort Lauderdale airshow and Mother’s Day weekend. Property was clean, staff was very friendly and addressed any concerns in a timely manner. Different languages are spoke a plus. The hotel had great amenities and options. Location was excellent , just a block down from the beach. We had stayed at their sister property Tranquilo before first time in this location will definitely come again. Recommended for couples and families
This little hideaway was awesome. Super cute, garden area also set up with cozy chairs, couches & tables like a little retreat from the hustle & bustle of Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd which is only 1 block away. If you don't want to go to the beach but want to go to the pool they have options 1 salt water and 1 chlorinated Staff was amazing, very nice. Absolutely will stay there again.
This was the perfect place to stay while we were in Fort Lauderdale. Easy to walk to restaurants & bars & also a 25 minute walk to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owners were easy to communicate with and were very helpful. The pool area was an oasis of calm next to the lovely marina. We would highly recommend.
Brand new hotel located in an excellent area of Fort Lauderdale directly across the street from the beautiful beach!
So modern and clean, upscale furnishings, comfy beds, great pool and rooftop deck! Close enough to the busy parts of FLL (Las Olas, central beach, etc.) but in a quieter area that is relaxing and good for families.
Old style (1950s) Florida Motel. Clean, with helpful staff. The price was very reasonable considering you are in the Fort Lauderdale Beach area. Ate at a nice little restaurant recommended by the hotel clerk, expensive but good food and service. And the motel and restaurant are in a quaint area with other shops, etc.
everything from the airport transfer driver William’s personality, the concierge Tuesday, the immaculate common area restrooms, the bartender outside Tuesday evening. the location was wonderful on the beach for good price.
The location is very good for the Fort lauderdale area. Close to local stores, publix, walgreens, and 10 min drive to the beach. I stayed in Unit 4 and it was quite roomy. Compared to the other units.
Was an affortable price and near airport. it has two entries. parking lot is included, essential near hotel like wallgreens and some food chains. near to de i95 perfect to go to Miami or downtown.
LOVE THIS HOTEL, LOCATION IS PERFECT RIGHT ON THE BEACH. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF HELP YOU WITH EVERYTHING YOU ASK. WILL BE BACK IN THIS HOTEL WHEN IN FT LAUDERDALE. THANK YOU.
The Best host I ever met in Florida very friendly and helpful
The apartment has wonderful view in a great location inside a hotel with beach access and swimming pool
The size of the room was big. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed was confortable. The hotel is close to the beach and a mall and it is located in a quite area.
